Brayley is managing the customer experience ensuring that [GetFit Nutrition] mission, vision and values are communicated with continuity and consistency, both on and offline.
He is recognised in the team for ensuring that members' experience is always considered. He always asks the simple but obvious questions to make sure the service can be understood, used, and above all enjoyed by all.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service, Brayley is committed to ensuring that everything [GetFit Nutrition] communicates does not in anyway mislead or confuse.
Brayley spent three years in the Netherlands working as Visual Merchandising Manager for Swatch B.V. He was responsible for coordinating Swatch’s national promotional strategies and campaigns, and developing in store point of sale. Effective visual solutions were critical, and he worked closely with the sales team to ensure that each strategy was realistically produced to enhance sales.
Many of Brayley’s core values and skills were honed at TGI Friday’s flagship restaurant in Central London. A natural team player he developed key team management skills along with a genuine understanding that the customer is number one. These winning skills proved invaluable when he worked on the opening of ‘Planet Hollywood’ in Amsterdam. Staff were trained under his guidance, as he worked to promote the venue through its launch phase.
