Dancing can take many forms and has seen a bit of a revival considering the many different TV dancing competitions. Dancing forms include ballroom, Latin-American, pole, sequence, traditional Japanese, Irish, Morris (for those who love bells and ribbons), salsa or line-dancing – so there is definitely going to be one that suits you!
Did you know the Oxford dictionary defines dance as follows – ‘move about rhythmically alone or with a partner or in a set, usually in fixed steps or sequences to music, for pleasure or entertainment’ or ‘to move in a lively way’ – note: this definition clearly means that anyone can dance.

“Dance is only for dancers”. Anyone can join a dancing course at any age and at any time. There are so many different types of dance there is always something for anyone.
